Sales Support Executive

at Recruit Digital in Centurion



  • To provide a professional, comprehensive and first-class sales support service to enable Agents to trade with our transfer products in an efficient and productive manner.
  • To exceed agent and customers expectations in all aspects of their communication and interaction with the company, in order to increase their desire to sell our product.
  • To support the Sales Team in their day to day activities with the tools and sales information required to achieve their targets.


  • To handle or distribute all incoming emails and calls to the sales dept and prioritise in terms of adding value to the business Setting up new accounts plus monitoring and supporting new agents with the onboarding and first booking process
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records of all agent's information in back office, email lists and commercial contracts and to ensure that non-sales functions are passed to the appropriate part of the business.
  • To provide immediate support to the sales team as and when required with Key Account support, sales stats, promotional campaigns.
  • To maintain and report an accurate Sales & Marketing budget in terms of spend.

Most Important:

  • B2B experience is most NB
  • if you are currently working in a similar role now (Beneficial)
  • Independent and eager to get on with with without waiting for the rest of the team
